MaxFill
MaxFill
MaxFill is a separate fulfilment system: it holds the stores, orders and carriers that pack and ship. MaxSuite does not do fulfilment itself. This page connects MaxSuite to one or more MaxFill systems so your agents can use MaxFill's tools.
In the sidebar under Commerce → MaxFill.
Connect
- Press Connect with MaxFill. The MaxFill dashboard opens.
- Press Allow there. MaxFill hands MaxSuite a key over a back channel. You never copy a key.
- MaxSuite keeps the MCP connection that agents use to reach MaxFill up to date by itself.
Connections
Each MaxFill you are connected to shows:
- its dashboard address
- who approved it at MaxFill
- read & write, or read only
- how many stores the key covers
- when it was last checked
- whether people can sign in to it with MaxSuite
On each one:
- Check asks MaxFill who the key is and records the answer.
- Open MaxFill opens its dashboard.
- Reconnect runs the connect again, to add stores or change access.
- Disconnect gives the key back, removes the MCP connection and forgets it.
Who can do what
| Permission | What it lets you do |
|---|---|
maxfill:read | See MaxFill connections. |
maxfill:write | Connect, check and disconnect MaxFill. |
What happens on its own
Nothing runs on a schedule.
Needs
No other module. You need an account on a MaxFill system that can press Allow.
What agents can do
maxfill.list(read-only): the MaxFill systems MaxSuite is connected to, with access and store count.maxfill.check(outside act): ask MaxFill who the key is and record the answer.
The fulfilment tools themselves (orders, carriers, stock) come from MaxFill through the MCP connection, not from this module.
