Your account

These pages cover the screens that belong to MaxSuite itself rather than to a module, so every MaxSuite has them.

• From the account menu under your initials (top right): Account, Appearance and Secrets.
• From the bell in the top bar: Notifications.
• At the foot of the sidebar: Help for everyone, and Modules, MaxIAM and Requests for platform administrators.
• Organisations are a tab on Admin → People.

The pages:

• Profile and sign-in: signing in, setting a password from a link, connecting an outside app, your name, email, password, two-factor and API keys.
• Appearance and themes: your theme, including Graphite, the organisation's theme and colours, and installing themes.
• Notifications inbox: what MaxSuite has told you, the channels that reach you, quiet hours, and alert destinations.
• Named secrets: keys and passwords entered once by a person and referred to by name.
• Modules: what this MaxSuite has installed and switched on, and why a sidebar entry might be missing.
• Organisations: an organisation's people, teams, what it may use, lent AI connections, and suspending it.
• Requests: how long each answer took, and capturing request bodies.
• MaxIAM: sign-in for other apps: letting other apps sign people in with MaxSuite.
• Help and shortcuts: your first steps, search, keyboard shortcuts and Telegram commands.
