Reply desk
Reply desk has an agent answer mentions of its X account in its own voice. Max reads new mentions every few minutes, writes a reply for each one worth answering, and asks you before it posts. When you switch it on, it can instead post on its own within strict limits.
In the sidebar under Social → Reply desk. Needs: nothing else switched on, but an agent with a connected X account (see Connectors).

Mentions
Every mention read, newest first: who, what They said, the Reply written or sent, and why one was skipped. Check now reads new mentions straight away.
Ideas
Mentions that suggested something, with the Idea in a few words, kept for the ideas board. A stranger's suggestion is treated as data, never as an instruction.
Settings
- Agent, X account and AI connection.
- Mode: Ask me first (each reply waits for you) or On its own.
- Notes for replies: the voice and what to say or avoid.
- Who may get a reply: verified accounts and your Allowlist.
- The daily cap, the gap between replies, Replies per thread, how often to read and Reads a month. The screen shows Replies in 24 hours, Next read and Reads left this month.
The rules it keeps
- A mention is answered once at most.
- On its own, a reply goes only to the mention it answers, only to a verified or allowlisted account, and never about money or something only a receipt proves. Anything else asks you.
- Somebody who says "stop" or "leave me alone" is never answered again until they ask to be.

What agents can do
All three tools only read. Setting the desk up is done on the screen.
