Blog
Blog lets you write articles once and publish them on a blog with its own web address. The MaxSuite blog lives at maxsuite.si/blog. An article stays a draft, seen by nobody outside, until a person presses Publish. Agents can write drafts. Only a person publishes.
In the sidebar under Content → Blog. Needs: nothing else switched on.
Blog screen
Pick a blog, or press New blog. Each blog has five tabs: Overview, Articles, Tags, Pictures and Settings. Opening an article shows a two-column editor. Where you are is kept in the address, so a link opens the same place and Back leaves an article.
Overview
Counts of articles On the blog, Drafts, Scheduled and Edits waiting (published articles changed since, that need Update). Lists show what Goes live next, what was Changed last, and Edits not on the blog yet.
Articles
Every article with its state: Draft, Scheduled, Published or Unpublished. Search, and filter by state, author and tag. Tick several to Publish, Unpublish, Delete or Restore them at once. A deleted article can be brought back with Restore for 30 days.
Write and publish an article
- Press New article (or Write the first article).
- Write the title and the text. Add a Cover picture and a summary. A wide picture (1200×630) works best.
- Under Search and sharing, set the title and description search engines show, and the article's address.
- Press Preview to see it as readers will.
- Press Publish. It appears on the blog within a minute.
Edits to a published article stay a draft until you press Update. Every publish is kept as a version, so an earlier one can be brought back. Changing an article's address keeps the old one working (Old addresses). Make a copy starts a new draft from an article.
Publish later
- Open the article and press Schedule.
- Pick the date and time it should go live.
- It is published by itself at that time, and you are told when it is.
中文 (Mandarin)
Every article is also read in Mandarin at /zh/blog, at the same address. Max translates it by itself a moment after each Publish or Update, and the Chinese goes live as soon as it is made.
- Open the article's 中文 tab to read the translation. It says if The English changed since.
- Correct it and press Publish 中文. Once you have edited the Chinese by hand, publishing the English again no longer replaces it. Only Translate again does.
- An article with no Chinese yet is shown in English with a note.
Tags
Tags are added on an article, like AI or Shops. Each one gets its own page on the blog. Here you can Rename a tag, or Merge into… another.
Pictures
Pictures added to an article, as its cover or in its text, are kept here to use again. Describe each one (What the picture shows) so readers who cannot see it know. Not used marks pictures no article uses.
Settings
- About the blog: its name, a short description, and Who articles are by (the line shown as the author). A Colour and a Logo.
- Where it is read: at /blog on one of your product sites (a blog run under a product site uses that site's look), or at Its own address, such as
blog.yourcompany.com. - Addresses: Add an address. For each, the screen shows the DNS record it needs and whether each step is Done, Not yet or Needs attention. An address of its own goes live only after a real visit to it has shown this blog.

What agents can do
An agent reads, writes drafts and edits them freely. Anything that changes what readers see always asks a person first. See Agents and approvals.

blog.draftandblog.edittake the text as HTML. Anything not allowed, such as scripts, is removed, and the reply names it.blog.editon a published article changes the draft only, until a person presses Update.
